Are you open 24 hours?

Yes! We are open 24/7 by appointment.
Most check‑in/check‑out is scheduled between 8 am and 7pm, but we’re happy to accommodate earlier or later times to match your travel plans. Because we staff specifically for your dog’s care, special pick‑ups/drop‑offs outside normal hours may have a small additional cost.

Why do you ask those 3 questions before a phone call?

What options do you have for care?

We offer:

• Daycare all day long

• Overnight boarding

• Multi‑day stays

You choose the care you want and the check‑in time — we’ll take care of the rest. Photos and videos are sent throughout the day so you stay connected with your pup’s experience.

How do I book a reservation?

Do you take un‑neutered or in‑heat dogs?

Yes! We accept un‑neutered dogs and dogs in heat, though in‑heat dogs may incur a small additional fee due to separate care requirements. We’ll confirm details on booking.

What experience do you have caring for dogs?

With 25+ years of dog care and rescue work, we’ve cared for many breeds and temperaments and know how to help dogs feel safe, comfortable, and happy — even when they’re away from home.

What’s a typical day like?

Your dog will:

• Relax and eat on their schedule

• Join supervised playgroups

• Enjoy leash time in our secure yard

• Take potty and hydration breaks

• Nap and unwind after play

We treat your dog like family — plenty of attention, love, and supervision.

What should I bring?

Please bring:

• Your dog’s regular food in pre‑measured bags (helps keep their routine)

• Any medications
  Please do not bring toys, bedding, or fabrics — we provide sanitized deluxe beds and blankets for every dog.

Do you accept puppies?

Yes — puppies 8 weeks and older are welcome (we just require they’re ready to be away from their mother).

What restrictions are there?

For safety reasons, we cannot accept dogs that:

• Have been coughing recently

• Have open wounds or recent surgery

• Have contagious illnesses

• Show aggression toward people or other dogs

We’ll discuss any special needs at booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for a quick courtesy text if your plans change. There’s a $35 per dog fee for cancellations made more than 2 days before your care period (which offsets the credit card processing fees we pay). Within 48-25 hours of your care appointment, you can receive a 50 percent refund back to your payment method. With less than 24 hours to your care appointment, there are no refunds. You’re always welcome to reschedule or bank your care at no extra cost — just let us know!

Why don’t you offer tours or meet‑and‑greets?

Great question! We’ve designed our environment and process with your dog’s safety and comfort as the top priority — and that includes how we introduce new dogs.

After over 25 years of dog rescue and care experience, we’ve learned that what matters most isn’t the walls — it’s the people, structure, and supervision behind them. To protect the calm environment our dogs enjoy daily, we don’t offer in-person tours.
But we’re happy to share photos and videos of our space and show you how dogs thrive in our care.

🐾 Meet‑and‑Greets:

Dogs behave very differently when their owners are present. That’s why we don’t do meet-and-greets with parents.
Instead, we conduct careful, hands-on temperament testing and monitored introductions with our Pack — ensuring that every dog has a safe and positive experience.
We assess compatibility carefully, and your dog’s well-being always comes first.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We take your privacy seriously.

When you book with us, we collect basic information such as your name, email, and address — just enough to coordinate care and communication.

  All payments are securely processed via Stripe, a trusted third-party platform. We never see or access your credit card information.
