Dog Daycare & Dog Boarding Cancellation Policy – Universal Dog Care Orlando

At Universal Dog Care Orlando, we maintain a limited number of spaces for dog daycare and overnight dog boarding to ensure every dog receives proper supervision, attention, and care. When a reservation is made, that space is held specifically for your dog.

Because of this limited capacity, the following cancellation policy applies to all daycare and boarding reservations.

🐾 Cancellation Policy (We Get It—Life Happens!)

Plans change, and we totally understand! 💛 Here’s how it works:

🐾 48+ hours before your booking:
Cancel anytime for a refund, minus a $35 per dog fee (this helps cover credit card processing costs 💳).

🐾 47–25 hours before:
At this stage, your pup’s spot has been reserved and we’ve likely turned away other families 🐶, so 50% of your booking total will be charged.

🐾 Within 24 hours:
Your pup’s spot is fully reserved just for them 🐾, so no refunds are available.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and understand that any eligible refund will reflect the deductions above.

Refund Processing

If a cancellation occurs, any eligible refund will be issued after the applicable cancellation fee has been deducted according to the policy above.

By confirming a reservation with Universal Dog Care Orlando, you acknowledge and agree that any refund issued due to cancellation will be processed according to these terms.
