Cancellation Policy

At Universal Dog Care Orlando, we maintain a limited number of spaces for dog daycare and overnight dog boarding to ensure every dog receives proper supervision, attention, and care. When a reservation is made, that space is held specifically for your dog.

Because of this limited capacity, the following cancellation policy applies to all daycare and boarding reservations.

🐾 If Your Plans Change

Plans change, and we understand. Here’s how it works:

🐾 48 hours or more before your booking:
Cancel for a refund, minus a $35 per dog cancellation fee.

🐾 24 to 48 hours before:
At this stage, your pup’s spot has been reserved and we’ve likely turned away other families 🐶, so 50% of your booking total will be charged.

🐾 Less than 24 hours before:
Your pup’s spot is fully reserved just for them 🐾, so no refunds are available.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and understand that any eligible refund will reflect the deductions above.

Bank Your Dog’s Stay for the Future

If your plans have changed, there is another option. Instead of canceling, we can bank what you have already paid as credit toward a future stay — no cancellation fee and no blackout dates. Use it on any date we have space. If the rate for your new dates is higher (a holiday week, for example), you only pay the difference. If you would rather not bank your stay, your booking will be canceled and a refund issued under the policy above.
