Boarding your dog somewhere new is a big deal. Here’s exactly what happens, from your first text to pickup, so there are no surprises.

1️⃣ Text us

Text (407) 480-9669 with your dates, your drop-off and pickup times, and your dog’s breed and weight. You’ll hear back in minutes with rates and availability — from the team who will actually be caring for your dog.

2️⃣ Send vaccine records

Email them to UniversalDogCareOrlando@gmail.com. Private care needs rabies; group play needs rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. Puppies under 16 weeks are welcome with the vaccines they have so far and your vet’s guidance.

3️⃣ Drop off at the time you chose

Any hour, day or night — we’re open 24/7 by appointment. Bring your dog’s food and any medications. We provide beds and bowls, so leave the rest at home unless your dog sleeps better in their own crate.

4️⃣ A calm temperament check on arrival

A few quiet minutes to see how your dog does with people and, when it’s a good fit, a small group. Nervous dogs get extra time. Dogs who prefer people over other dogs move to private care — time with our humans only, available for an upgrade fee.

5️⃣ Your dog’s day

A small playgroup matched by size and energy, leashed yard walks every couple of hours, quiet rest in a climate-controlled room, and your own food at your dog’s usual times. Play-based training is woven into the day — manners and confidence through positive reinforcement.

6️⃣ Photos and videos all day

You’ll see your dog playing, resting, and being loved throughout the stay — not a camera feed of an empty room.

7️⃣ Pickup at any hour you chose

Your rate is exactly the hours you used — no rounding up to a full day. Payment is by secure link and takes cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
